request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
Note: All purchases are processed through Adobe Creative Cloud Exchange. Bento
Generator Pro is developed and owned by Ah Photography.
1. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date if:
- The Plugin does not function as described
- You experience technical issues we cannot resolve
- The Plugin does not meet your expectations
2. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact us through our contact page
- Provide your order number or purchase email
- Briefly describe the reason for your refund request
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original
payment method.
3. After Refund
Upon refund approval:
- Your license key will be deactivated
- You must uninstall the Plugin from all devices
- You will no longer have access to updates or support
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be granted if:
- The request is made after 14 days from purchase
- The Plugin has been used extensively for commercial projects
- The license key has been shared with others
- The issue is caused by incompatible software or system requirements
5. Adobe Exchange Purchases
If you purchased through Adobe Exchange, please note that Adobe may have their own refund policies. In most
cases, we can process refunds directly, but you may also contact Adobe Exchange support.
