By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using Bento Generator Pro ("the Plugin"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Plugin.
Bento Generator Pro is developed and owned by Ah Photography. All purchases, payments, and downloads are securely processed through Adobe Creative Cloud Exchange. An Adobe account is required to purchase and download the Plugin. Your license is linked to your Adobe account. By purchasing, you are also subject to Adobe Exchange's terms of service.
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Bento Generator Pro on up to two (2) devices owned or controlled by you for personal and commercial use, subject to the restrictions outlined herein.

Your purchase includes free updates within the current major version (1.x). Major version upgrades (2.0+) may require a separate purchase. Priority email support is provided to all licensed users.
Bento Generator Pro, including all code, graphics, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Ah Photography. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The Plugin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Plugin will be error-free or uninterrupted. Your use of the Plugin is at your sole risk.
In no event shall Ah Photography be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Plugin, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Plugin and destroy all copies.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Plugin after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
